For all orders placed online we have click-and-collect (pick up in the shop) and local delivery:

Click-and-collect (Recommended)

For all click-and-collect orders there is a minimum of 2 working days for us to prepare your order.
All orders need a scheduled 10-minute appointment at the shop (arranged as you check out on the shop).
Remember to add in glazing fees (one per item for a full basket) or a paint kit if you need paint for your pottery.

Local Delivery

Local delivery requires 3-5 working days for us to schedule a delivery appointment.
Deliveries are currently on Weds, Fri and selected Saturdays - we will contact you to arrange a date and time.
Local delivery is within a 5 mile radius of our shop only. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where we cannot deliver.

Take-Away Basket Glazing Fees

For all takeaway basket orders please make sure you have added one glazing fee per item into the cart before checkout. Glazing fees can be found as an item under the category paints, glazing and extras.
